GENERAL INFORMATION

Fairy Milk Mother aims to empower breastfeeding mothers by filling a much-needed niche. We are committed to providing support by providing products that will enhance your experience, we understands that this precious period of bonding can take a bit of effort. We are excited to share with other mothers a selection of products that have been tried and tested to make the journey a bit easier.

DELIVERY

Delivery is free for subscription (UK customers). We ship via Royal Mail. We ship to Europe, Canada and USA.
Fairy Milk Mother Box is dispatched on the 27th of the month, you will receive a notification email to advise when your box is on its the way.
Yes, you can, but you will need to return the box to us when it arrives in order to get a refund on it. It needs to be returned in the condition it was shipped in. We will accept refunds 30 days after the transaction was taken.
If you experience any missing or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving your box. Any complaints received after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Our cut off dates for our box is usually around the 20th of the month. That means if you signed up for our Box after cut off date, you will be first in the queue to receive following months box, but you will have missed the current months box. You will not be charged again.

ACCOUNT

Yes you can! Changes must be made by the last day of the prior month in order to take effect for the next month’s shipment (e.g. to change your details for your June, you will have to update it by May 31st). Please follow the below steps to update your details: Go to Account Go to payment method Add a your new payment details and you can delete the old one When saved, your payment details will apply to all of your future orders
Changes to address must be made 48 hours before the end of the month in order to take effect for the next month’s delivery (e.g. to change your details for your June, you will have to update it by May 30th). Please follow the below steps to update your details: Go to Account Go to addresses Add a your new address and you can delete the old one When saved, your new address will apply to all of your future orders
Please follow the below steps to change your account details: Go to your account On the left hand side click on Account details After changes have been made, click on the Save Changes button
You can cancel your subscription from your account, simply login to your account. Once logged in on the left click on subscriptions, click 'Edit' on the one you would like to cancel. Once you've clicked edit select the cancel subscription button at the bottom of the page. If you have any problems you can get in touch with us here. Please Note: Remember if you don't want next month’s box, you have to cancel at least three days prior to the 1st of the following month to avoid being billed and receiving the next box.
The Monthly plan cancellation request via your account page will take effect only if submitted prior to the 20th of the month that your existing subscription plan is due to renew. (e.g. you must cancel by February 19 if you want to stop your March charge box). NOTE: If you choose to subscribe to a recurring Monthly Plan between the 21st to the end of the month, you automatically agree to following month's charge.

GIFTING

You can purchase gift subscription for the following terms: 1-month, 3-month and 6-month. You can either print the code or email to the recipient
Gift subscriptions does not automatically renew, as regular subscriptions do.
